    Homes in Texas Better Value

Compared to standards in many part of the country, Texas real estate is both big and generous. In many suburban areas you can obtain not just home but a home on several acres for the low to mid hundred thousands. The reason for this is the low cost of land-use in Texas. The sheer size of the state of Texas is an advantage for homeowners and landowners. It takes April 24 hours to drive across Texas. It has been said that the entire world’s population can confidently in the state with a population density equivalent to San Francisco. The economy of Texas is robust and large. It is the world’s 15th largest economy, coming in just a bit below the economy of Canada. While the median income of Texas is slightly below the national average, the cost of living is considerably lower, making personal income and spending power much better than the national average. Houston, Texas is the third largest city in the United States.

The Rise and Fall Of Business Websites in the SERPs

Recently, my Orange County wedding photography site managed to rise to the top, well actually to the bottom of the fold on page one for a long fought for campaign for a highly competed for photography and wedding photography businesses. I found that not only did my Orange County wedding photography site make it, but my original photo site pulled past it and placed higher. I’d since re-purposed this site, with a little leftover photography content still present. It didn’t matter, I guess because of its long history and current involvement in the photography genre. Now it seems it would be foolish not to dual purpose the site and readily include Orange County wedding photography as a target. I’ll take that wherever I can.

PR3 and the Family Entertainment Venue for Photography

An observable algorithm and scale of PR with PR3 being higher by an exponential factor than PR0 through PR2 is expressed in its value contributed to inclusion of links. The contributing factor, once indexed for any photographic elements referenced in such an environment, if more closely aligned with photography as family entertainment will impact overall visibility. With no direct mention of either the subject or the color, the placement of a subject in the photographic setting should bring the desired result to the finished photographic effort.

Keyword Research | Orange County Web Design and SEO

Steve Wiideman, the foremost expert on SEO, (if you wonder about whether that’s true, just type “SEO Expert” into Google and there he is in the number one spot) states in his book that the most important and critical phase of SEO is what he calls the Analyze phase in his four-fold approach to SEO, Analyze, Optimize, Develop and Promote. That is so true. I just had to email a client who is working with more than one SEO firm. The folks at brand-x had sent him a list of about 50 or so keyword phrases for his business. Only about 10 of them had any real value for his business. I’m absolutely positive that the next step is going to be a quick mini-campaign on some of the other 40 near zero value keywords so the Brand-X firm can claim “We got you to the top of Google for soooo many of your keywords- success!”

    No success. Just a con-game.

SEO is somewhere between blood-sport and a military campaign, or more like the Afghanistan war- it never really ends and you have to stay on it indefinitely if you want to keep the upper hand over your problem.

Business owners, especially small business owners need to carefully and thoroughly analyze their keywords using the readily available and free tools by Google, the Adword Keyword search tool and Google Trends. What’s important and what people are typing into Google and what they are not typing in searches will soon become obvious.

Then the more labor intensive part- analyzing your competition. When you find out what your keywords are, look at the businesses in the top spots in Google and find out what they’re doing to get there. It will be a mix of three things: site optimization, backlinks and traffic. That’s it. Everything else is fluff and noise. You have to beat them by the numbers in all three categories to pull ahead.
