  YouTube Results Assessment for Real Estate 

  Previously, I wrote that video needs to appear in organic results because that’s where most people will start in any web search. This is especially true for homes and real estate sales. I mentioned that I was assessing the effectiveness of SEO for video. I had a YouTube video link appear on page one with little effort for a keyword that other posts lacked the capacity to stick to page one for long.

  The Florida real estate and homes targeted Youtube video for Mirasol homes for sale moved to position 8 on Google for the same keyword of Mirasol homes for sale. This is not bad for a brand new video with just a few back links.

  My assessment of this campaign will continue and I’ll report back here.

  Video for Homes in Palm Beach Gardens may become a new strategy for marketing.

  Optimizing Video vs. Marketing Video 

  If video is to be viewed by a target audience, chances are good that the video needs to appear in organic web searches where most traffic will originate. People are not accustomed to seeking info in direct video searches. The specific target of homes and real estate are in this category of non-video, normal organic searches. Acceptable levels of video discovery for Mirasol homes for sale and related real estate searches will have to occur in web search results. Supposedly, competition for video search remains low.

  This assessment and linking will help determine the validity of SEO for real estate related video.
