I have to be more careful about how I write my supporting real estate posts. I wrote one for a community in FL and positioned it as a gateway page, recommending my client’s site for free home search, real estate MLS without signups. The post is for “Admirals Cove Homes for sale” and it ended up on page one for Admirals Cove Homes, an effect I didn’t plan but it works nicely since my post is for showing the client’s site does not require sign in.

Several blogs I help manage got to the point where one had 670 links on the front page. I reduced the number of live posts and killed some of the categories in 2 posts. Lots more to go to get to the <100 sweet spot for SEO. Have to get the author to cool it on the tags and categories. Some 8 to 10 on each post is far too much!

I just read an article on The Californian’s website about the recent changes in Menifee and its long held perception as only a rural suburb. Menifee is growing as new homes are being constructed and the city is seeking new business revenues. Buyers of Menifee Homes for Sale are among some of the best values in the Temecula Valley area. Now residents are looking to enjoy the amenities of nearby larger venues of Murrieta and Temecula.
