You got approved for a loan, a good rate and a great amount that will let you buy a pretty nice home in Riverside County or even Orange County. Then reality hits you sometime around your 5th or 10th offer that the seller turns down for a 20% down deal. Are you still making offer after offer in Orange County or Riverside County real estate with that paltry FHA loan that everyone rejects? Contact Lillian for tips on new Menifee Homes for Sale or new homes in Canyon Lake that are both inexpensive and closer to Orange County.

I just realized that I’m on page one for real estate SEO experts but only on page four for real estate SEO expert. All that difference for one letter? This is what drives SEOs a little crazy. Google is a giant database, after all, and we have to end up putting up some pretty verbose stuff just to get the search to include something like a plural term. That’s why your back-links have to have a little randomness to them, so you don’t rank high for only one specific term when people naturally type in variations when they search. It doens’t take an SEO expert to remember to give a little variety to your content for better indexing.

If Your SEO Mentions Keyword Meta tags– They Might Be in 2006

Matt Cutts, in his “Google state of the index” video, (google it and you’ll see it) has made it absolutely clear what SEOs who keep up with current changes know- Google pays no attention to the keyword metatag, that section in your website that reads Google reads your content and skips right past the lie list of keywords you tried to fool google with carefully chose.

I have no idea whether Yahoo and Bing (the true biggest losers) reads those keywords but I’d make sure my SEO knew how to optimize for content better than keyword stuffing in metatags.

This post is optimized for people.

Real Estate In Exclusive Neighborhoods and Lazy SEOs

Exclusive real estate brokerages hire SEO experts to make sure they rank high for real estate related web searches, right?

I’ve only been working on a target real estate farm for a client for about a month. Already, the supposedly “established” websites are yielding to my SEO campaign. Oh, not yet for the vanity keywords like “Pittsburg homes for sale”, (not the target area) but more specific terms like specific neighborhoods, the kind of searches that people put into Google, but not lazy SEOs. They go for the big name and let it go. One neighborhood that would seem to be ultra-exclusive and a target for any buyers agent or listing agent gave way to one post. My post is in position number one for any mention of that neighborhood. You don’t have to be an SEO expert to realize that nobody is bothering to compete in a real way for these luxury homes.

hmmm…

I guess lazy SEO is my friend.

But not yours.
